About Me

Personal

Linda is a proud native Floridian and loves living in downtown Orlando! Linda believes in community and civic involvement. Linda has been an officer of the Women’s Council of Realtors, current Past President of the William R. Boone High School PTSA (four terms), current Past-President of her Homeowner’s Association, Personal Coach and Trainer to real estate agents in the local market, Girl Scout leader and former Vestry member of the Anglican Cathedral in College Park. Linda and her family have sponsored foreign exchange students from counties including Belgium, Costa Rica, France, Iceland, Thailand and China. Linda is equally proud of her husband of 33 years, Ken Hutchinson and her three wonderful daughters and a new baby granddaughter.  In addition, Linda is honored to have her 91-year old father living with her so she understands the needs for today’s caregiver. If you knew Linda’s Dad, you would know why her desire to serve is important. It’s just the way Linda has watched her parents care for others their entire lives and now she is happy to return the favor. Linda knows the value of a loving and encouraging family and her volunteer spirit, positive outlook, high-energy level and people skills are used to benefit her clients.

Professional

Linda has been a top producer in the Real Estate industry for the past 23 years and a top sales agent her first year in business. She attended both Louisiana State University & University of Florida.  After college, Linda began a 10-year career specializing in real estate and probate law working with two premiere law firms in Orlando. Through this endeavor Linda began to sell probate real estate and eventually obtained her real estate license and moved into real estate sales full-time. Linda has over 23 years of experience working in the real estate industry in Central Florida. Linda has her Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation as well as her Luxury Home designation through the prestigious Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
